Garry Cohen
Garry Cohen has been practicing law since 1995, initially focused on civil litigation. As a litigator, Mr. Cohen achieved significant results for his clients. Mr. Cohen began his own general civil practice in 2001. For the last 20+ years he has focused primarily on trust and estate administration, estate planning and probate and trust litigation. Given his rapport with his clients, Mr. Cohen has also been asked to assist his estate planning clients with their real estate issues and asset protection through the use of irrevocable trusts and/or corporate entities. Mr. Cohen believes in providing legal advice in an easy to understand manner and in a friendly environment. He and his staff are committed to this belief.
Mr. Cohen has started putting his 25+ years of experience to use trying to resolve cases prior to costly trials. His experience has provided him with insight to the court’s evaluation of estate and trust matters being litigated and the likely outcome of a case given a particular set of facts. This insight can be very useful in assisting parties to achieve an early (and far less expensive) resolution of disputes
